The main responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator is to liaise with Production Supervisor
concerning operations at Maison Du Rhum and Biscuiterie
Co-ordinate in the production of Sugar products, preserved food items, biscuits and beverages.
Conduct record taking for Maison Du Rhum with respect to bottling.
Record taking for distillery.
Record and follow up attendance for Maison Du Rhum/Packing/SABIO/Biscuiterie.
Any cognate duties.
Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft.
Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
Fluency in English and French is preferred.
