1. Duties and Responsibilities
HR Department
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Prepare contracts of employment for new employees
Process employees requests and provide relevant information
Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
Manage the departments telephone center and address queries accordingly
Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining
company policies
Administration Department
Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transactions
Provide assistance with various filing works in the finance department
Manage work schedules, calendars, and appointments
Obtain information to respond to requests by reviewing files, documents, and records
Any other cognitive duties
2. Requirements
Diploma/Degree in HR Management or Business Management.
0 2 years of experience/No experience also will be considered.
Team management experiences will be an advantage.
Valid driving license will be an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure.
3. Working Hours
Monday to Friday : 06.45 a.m. to 04.45 p.m.
Saturday : 06.45 a.m. to 01.45 p.m.
The working hours include 1 hour; 2 breaks of 10 minutes each and lunch time of 40 minutes (except
on Saturday Lunch time is 30 minutes).
