Role purpose:
We are looking for cleaner / helper to ensure global cleaning in the restaurant and preparation zones.
This person will also be called to assist other departments to ensure optimum service to guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Responsible for all basic cleaning in the restaurant and preparation zones.
-Cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
-Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and
urinals.
-Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
-Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
-Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
-Assists other departments when needed to ensure, Performs additional duties as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
-School Certificate or equivalent
-Experience would be a plus but not compulsory
Salary Range and Working Hours
-MUR 11,575 as basic salary
-Morning: Monday to Saturday - 9hrs - 16hrs
-Night Shift: Tuesday to Saturday - Catering
-Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
