Job Description: Head Waiter
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Waiter to join our team. As a Head Waiter, you will be responsible for managing the dining area, overseeing the waitstaff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our guests. This role requires strong leadership skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest requests efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a waiter/waitress and possess proficiency in both English and French.
Responsibilities:

- Address any guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring that tables are promptly bussed, and that all equipment and supplies are properly stored.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and maximize revenue.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of waitstaff.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest requests and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring that each guest's experience is seamless and enjoyable.
- Proficiency in both English and French, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry best practices, including food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
