Summary / Purpose of Job:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible to ensure that the objectives of the Admin department are met, that the work is being done on time and that the quality standards are respected to achieve the set objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant
⦁ Maintain executive agenda and assists in planning appointment, Board Meeting, and conference.
⦁ Prepare all set up for meetings, attend meetings, and keep minutes.
⦁ Plan and coordinate administrative Procedures.
⦁ Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
⦁ Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (email-letters-package).
⦁ Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
⦁ Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
⦁ Assists and prepare all corporate documents with administration for the application and renewal of permits for Expatriate.
⦁ Prepare a customer satisfaction form template and keep a register for clients, to return to management.
⦁ To assist executives to be organized and on schedule with day-to-day business.
⦁ Health and safety aspects and bookkeeping.
⦁ Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company.
⦁ Manage schedules and deadlines.
⦁ Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
⦁ Keep updated with all organizational changes and business developments.
⦁ Liaise with the Admin manager to handle requests and queries from the senior manager.
⦁ Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
⦁ All other duties assign by the management.
Required skills and qualifications.
⦁ SC/HSC
⦁ 3 years of administrative assistant experience
⦁ Good written and verbal communication skills.
⦁ Time-management skills and multitasking ability.
⦁ Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
⦁ Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.30 a.m to 17.00 p.m
⦁ Saturday : 7.30 a.m to 12.30 a.m
