Position: Assistant Handyperson Department: Maintenance
Job Description: As an Assistant Handyperson in our Maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and upkeep of our facilities. Working alongside our maintenance team, you'll assist in repairs, maintenance tasks, and general facility support.
Key Responsibilities:
Support maintenance tasks, including repairs and maintenance of equipment and fixtures. Assist in identifying and addressing issues related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Ensure the proper functioning of various systems within the facility. Collaborate with senior handypersons to learn and develop technical skills. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist in performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in either English or French is required, proficiency in both is a plus. Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility to adapt to different maintenance tasks.
