Our client in the field of sales of sport and fitness equipment is hiring for a technician for the following duties:
- Support and learn from the Senior Technician to do all preventative maintenance jobs allocated.
- Follow the training and certifications required and proposed by the company
- Prepare accurate service reports for all PM services completed
- Use testing equipment and hand tools
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and parts
- Install replacement spare parts
- Ensure professional communication with clients, fellow staff members and general public
- Ensure all tools assigned to you are looked after and in good working condition
Skills and qualifications:
- Higher School Certificate
- College studies in technician field
- Qualification in Software or Network configuration or Engineering
- Valid motor vehicle driver's license
- Experience in repairs and maintenance on equipment, i.e., Air conditioners, Copiers, Printers, motor vehicle.
- Fluent in English plus either French or Creole
- Fast learner e-learning training and hands-on training will be
provided - Working fast and efficiently

- Computer literate
- Ability to use MS Office - Word, Spreadsheet and accounting system SAP
- Physically fit
- Able to commute
- Able to work extended hours on occasions where required
- Able to be away from home if called on a job which needs you to
be away for an extended period of time - Availability to fly to regional islands
