- Assist in stock control and inventory management by properly storing and rotating ingredients and notifying the kitchen manager of any low stock or expiration concerns.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflow during meal preparation.
- Assist in plating and garnishing dishes as per the presentation guidelines provided by the head chef.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while working under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
