Position: Floor Supervisor Department: Housekeeping
Job Description: The Floor Supervisor within our Housekeeping department plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations on a designated floor or area, ensuring that rooms and public spaces are prepared to the highest standards for our guests' comfort.
Manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance. Coordinate daily tasks, assign cleaning duties, and ensure that housekeeping standards are met. Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and proper presentation. Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, and place orders as needed. Train and onboard new housekeeping team members. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences. Qualifications and Requirements:
Fluent in both English and French. Possess at least an NC2/NC3 or equivalent qualification. Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping or related roles. Minimum of SC (School Certificate) or equivalent educational background. Diploma in hospitality management or any equivalent training is preferred. Key Competencies:
