Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while
preparing and serving drinks to patrons. The Barman will also be responsible for maintaining a clean
and organized bar area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and take their orders for drinks
-Prepare and serve drinks according to company standards
-Maintain a clean and organized bar area
-Stock bar inventory and ensure adequate supplies
-Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
-Provide excellent customer service
-Ensure that all bar equipment is in good working order
-Handle cash and credit transactions
-Ensure the safety of patrons
Qualifications and Skills:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous experience working as a barman
-Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Ability to lift and move heavy objects
-Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
-Ability to work nights and weekends
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
