The ideal profile for this position should possess:
· Solid 2 to 5 years experience as functional consultant on a HRIS / ERP
· Thorough knowledge of HR in at least 2 of the following areas: HR process, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, Career Development, Goals and performanceetc
· Experience in HRIS implementation, change management, support, end user, HR reporting, data conversion
