Our client is looking for a Client Director who will report to the Managing Director.
The ideal profile will be brought to work on the following:
- Provides effective project/program oversight for one or more strategic accounts.
- Works closely with the customer, the Services Account Executive and other partners to ensure the overall success of the implementation of ERP solutions and is a significant contributor to the overall success of the customer relationship.
- Ensures that effective Program Governance is established for each account and is the primary point person from delivery aligned to the customer executives throughout the services lifecycle, from sales support through implementation and post-go-live.
- In charge of the aftersale service, the customer support and sucess of ERP services
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Client director will :
- Analyze and execute on strategic projects, building consensus among stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project tactics with corporate strategy and communicating project goals at a strategic level
- Manage overall services relationship between customer, partner and Workday during transformations
- Ensure that projects / programs are delivered on-time, within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Build credibility/trust with Strategic & Value Account customers in solution support solution implementation phase
- Provide mentorship by following a strong career framework that includes skills enhancement and career development planning
- Assist the sales team in the closing of deals by defining the strategy and providing oversight
- Identify and develop business opportunities; creates long term value plans with customer to achieve customer business objectives and expanding Workday services on the account

Other requirements:
- 10+ years of ERP services sales and/or delivery experience
- 7+ Years of program management experience in 4+ ERP Software project lifecycles
- Must have experience delivering software in Enterprise Environments.
- Must have superior project financials business acumen
- (forecasting, allocated revenue, etc.)
- Adept in start-up organizational change management & strategies
