Summary / Purpose of Job:
The Hands-on Supervisor will be responsible to ensure that the objectives of the department are met, that the work is being done on time and that the quality standards are respected whilst managing the team to achieve the set objectives.
MAIN DUTIES
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of our department (pergolas and all products sold by Look & Feel)
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of workers engaged in our activities.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
-Monitor and maintain quality standards for our pergolas, ensuring adherence to specifications and customer requirements.
-Schedule and allocate work assignments to team members, considering deadlines and priorities.
-Train, mentor, and provide guidance to employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
-Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback to Amaury, and address any performance issues.
-Collaborate with others to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production processes.
-Monitor and control inventory levels of our products and tools in use.
-Coordinate with suppliers and other contractors to procure necessary materials the good workflow on site.
-Identify areas for process improvement, and implement corrective actions.
-Collaborate with engineering and design teams to review project specifications and provide input on past projects.
-Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed to meet project deadlines.
-Prepare reports, including production statistics, quality metrics, and employee performance evaluations throughout the year.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
-Ability to work within the factory if required.

-Proven experience in the field
-5-8 years of experience in the respected field.
-Experience in Aluminium and contracting would be a plus.
