Purpose of the job:
The Trainee IT Technician will be responsible to provide technical support to the end users as well to the team of IT as needed.
Duties;
⦁ Perform troubleshooting to diagnose hardware and software problems.
⦁ Develop and maintain local networks
⦁ Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance.
⦁ Maintain record - logs of repair and fix
⦁ Provide orientation and guidance to users
⦁ Deal with suppliers
⦁ Provide support to the Head of IT.
⦁ Any other cognate duties
Qualifications
⦁ At least SC
⦁ Technical studies in A+ / Network+ or equivalent would a plus
Competencies
⦁ Punctual
⦁ Good communication skills both oral and written in French and English
⦁ Ability to work in a team
