Overview
Our client is looking for a sales assistant who will need to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. His/Her duties will include selling, restocking and merchandising.
Your goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase companys growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting customers and offering assistance
Recommending products or merchandise to help customers
Answering questions and addressing concerns
Informing customers about sales, promotions and policies
Demonstrating how products work
Taking payments for purchases and packaging purchases
Stocking merchandise and creating displays
Taking inventory and monitoring sales floor
Prospection of clients
Follow-up with clients on sales and drafting of quotes
Qualifications
Proven working experience in Sales (at least 1 year)
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English and French language
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum HSC
