Unicorn MSJ is seeking to recruit a dedicated Accounts Supervisor who will be reporting to the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure debtors ageing remains within permissible limit;
- To manage the approvals of credit limit;
- To oversee processing done by debtors team;
- Prepare and submit report of daily banking and processing;
- Ensure that unpaid cash transactions are collected within a reasonable timeframe;
- Prepare reports for Finance Department;
- To manage the debtors team.
Candidate Profile:
- Partly qualified in ACCA
- 5 years experience in an accounting environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- Attention to details
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage
