We are seeking a skilled and experienced Eyelash Therapist to join our team. As an
Eyelash Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional eyelash
extension services to our clients, enhancing their natural beauty and promoting
their satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their
preferences and deliver customized eyelash treatments in a safe and comfortable
environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform a variety of eyelash extension services, including individual lash
extensions, volume lashes, lash lifts, lash tinting, proper after care routines and
maintenance techniques based on clients' preferences and desired results.
2. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper sterilization and
sanitation of tools, equipment, and surfaces to meet health and safety standards.
3. Educate clients on proper aftercare routines and maintenance techniques to
extend the longevity of their eyelash extensions.
4. Collaborate with the salon team to maintain inventory levels of eyelash
extension supplies and products, ensuring they are readily available for use.
Qualification Criteria:
1. Certification: Possess a valid certification in eyelash extension application from
a recognized training program, demonstrating proficiency in various eyelash
extension techniques.
2. Experience: Have prior experience working as an Eyelash Therapist, performing
eyelash extension services with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
3. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and
advancements in the eyelash extension industry. Willingness to attend training
sessions or workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
4. Time Management: Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to
manage appointments efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery and maintaining
a smooth workflow.
