We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve business objectives. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while maximizing profitability and maintaining a well-organized and efficient store environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, staff scheduling, visual merchandising, and customer service.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Conduct regular sales and performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, implementing appropriate strategies and actions.
4. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of store policies, procedures, products and sales techniques.
Qualification Criteria:
1. Retail Management and operations experience: Have experience in retailmanagement and operations, preferably in a similar shop or store setting.
2. Sales and Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated success in driving sales
and achieving targets, along with a strong focus on delivering exceptional
customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team
members, customers, and stakeholders at all levels.
4. Computer Skills: Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory
management software, and other retail-related applications.
