Unicorn MSJ is seeking to recruit a dynamic Logistics / Data Entry Clerk for its Procurement Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- To do data entry of invoices from Suppliers
- To do costing of goods
- To liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and customs department for clearance of goods
- To do follow up and track movements of imported goods
- Other cognate duties relating to imports logistic operations
Candidate Profile:
Minimum HSC
1 year experience in an import & logistic environment
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Proven written and verbal communication skills in French and English
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics will constitute an advantage
Strong time management and organisational skills
Good knowledge in Logistic / Supply Chain procedures
Ability to work in a team
Attention to details
Good interpersonal skills
Holder of a valid motorcycle license
