An accounts support for government contractors is needed for a six-month contract with the possibility of extension, according to our client.
DUTIES
Monitor individual Government accounts
- Follow up on payments
- Follow up for details of payment
- Query/follow up on any discrepancy between invoice and respective payments
- Ensure completeness of any query/adjustment
- Ensure all claims are out to respective departments
- Attend to customer queries
- Regular visits to departments, mainly the slow payers
- To issue letters to departments with recurring issues
- Liaise with Marketing department for issues on service stations
- Liaise with Finance for status/monitoring of accounts

- Computer Literate
- Work with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
