Our Client is looking for an accounts clerk .
Main duties
- Creates and processes invoices
- Manages the companys accounts payable and receivable
- Sends bills and invoices to clients
- Creates Jobs for each order and closes each job once completed
- Tracks the organisations expenses
- Works on the collection of overdue payments
- Communicates with client regarding billing and payments
- Files
- Prepares banking
- Performs bank reconciliation
- Send Monthly Staff Attendance to payroll ay payroll closure
- Any cognate duties
Qualifications:
The job holder should ideally possess:
- A Higher School Certificate
- ACCA 1 would be an advantage
- Well conversant with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word.)
- Conversant with SAGE
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and spoken French and English
A minimum of 1 years proven successful work experience in similar position
