RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Input on sales/purchases AR/AP on accounting system (Sage/Pastel would be an advantage)
- Organise bookings for dinner and events for our Restaurant Reve D'R
- Event coordinating with Accountant
- Versatile on Excel/Word/Mails and computer literate
- Procurement - Liaise with suppliers for office purchases
REQUIREMENTS
1. A School Certificate
2. Fluent in English and French (Both Oral and Written)
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. A minimum of 1 year working experience
