We are looking for a Sales Support for our office based in Moka. If you are a people person having excellent interpersonal skills, this is the perfect role for you!

Your mission will be to assist the Sales team in providing customer service with clerical and administrative duties, like answering current and prospective customers’ queries and also managing schedules for the Sales Account Managers. You will be required to maintain and update database of customers, sales report and work closely with different departments.
Being a Team Player with a great personality is a requisite!
Skills and Qualifications:
- HSC or Diploma in Sales or Business Administration
- 1 year experience in sales position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of CRM software will be an advantage
