Our client is looking for a Hr Executive who will perform the following duties:
HR Related:
Assist in
Payroll
Submitting HR related regulatory returns and reports (monthly and yearly)
Leaves management
Admin Related:
Assist in
Oversee the general office administration
Oversee office general cleaning
General repairs & maintenance of the office
Health & Safety aspects of the office
In organising welfare events to support welfare team wherever needed
CSR Related:
Assist in
Dealing with the government in assessing & approving PSSC CSR program
Reporting to authorities for compiling and submitting data and report
Organising CSR events
Follow up for CSR action plans
Quality:
Assist in
Implementation of Quality management Program together with management and consultants
Be the point of contact for ISO implementation
Organising internal review and audits
Be the facilitator and take ownership of the document management system for PSSC
Organising external audits
Following up with audit reports and implementation of timely corrective / preventing actions
