Our Client is currently looking for suitable candidates for the post of
HR Coordinator to join our HR team with the following profile:
QUALIFICATIONS; SKILLS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
-At least a Diploma in Human Resources or any related field
-At least 2 to 3 years proven hands-on experience in human resources
position in an industrial environment.
-Good computer skills (MS Office, in particular)
-Knowledge of HR payroll systems - Vipertex
-Hands on proven knowledge of application of labor laws /Remuneration
Orders...
-Hands on knowledge of implementation of ISO HR procedures and
processes.
-Some work experience in setting up of Data Protection Act procedures
-Excellent organizational skills.
-Excellent verbal and written skills both in English and French.
-Proven good interpersonal relationships with employees at all levels of the
organization.
