Our client is looking for an administrative clerk/Secretary .
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking incoming calls and ensuring that proper and efficient communication is shared
- Monitor and forward all incoming/outgoing emails.
- Administrative and secretarial Task
- Monitor meetings and appointments.
- Input and maintain the paper-filing of official documents.
- Procurement - Liaise with suppliers for office purchases
- Handling Social Media Request
- Managing Stock for our shop
- Take Inventory for Office Suppliers
- Manage personal agenda for directors
REQUIREMENTS
1. A Higher School Certificate
2. Fluent in English and French (Both Oral and Written)
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. A minimum of 1 year working experience
Working hours (09h00/17hr00) Monday to Friday.
