Job Purpose:
We are currently seeking a full-time Lorry Driver to join our team and help us deliver our products and services to our clients. As a Lorry Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials to various locations. You will be driving a 3.5 ton truck, so a valid driver's license and experience in driving larger vehicles is a must.
Key duties :
- Knowledge point of distribution or sales around the island (an advantage)
- Safely operate a 3.5 ton lorry to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized lorry
- Communicate with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery process
- Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum SC
- Previous relevant experience (an advantage)
- Clean goods vehicle license- 3.5 tons
- Good morality certificate
- Residing in the surrounding of Vacoas
