Job duties and responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain strong knowledge of products to provide accurate recommendations and drive sales
- Process transactions efficiently and perform cashier duties
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking when necessary
- Ensure product displays are well-organized and visually appealing
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets
- Support the day-to-day operations of the store
- Taking orders in-person and over the phone.
- Carrying delivery of orders and cakes.
