The successful candidates with high customer-focused joining our team will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling a broad range of customer enquiries ,attending to customer orders, requirements and recommending solutions to meet the customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via email & live-chat(WhatsApp), and provide accurate and timely information.
- Work together with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide excellent Customer Service and multi- tasking skills
- Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge of Pastry and Food as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs / competitors- for shops /office
- Take appropriate action to resolve customer complaints.
- Be able to promote Le Petit four products and services to increase sales
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about Food Industry
