The Telemarketer will be an integral part of the marketing department. You will be required to obtain contact details for potential clients.

Duties & Requirements:

Generate qualified appointments for the sales team as per the set target

Answering customer calls and Providing customers with product or service information.

Maintaining customer records by updating databases with call information and outcomes

Following up on customer inquiries or unresolved issues

Handle issues related to payments

Meeting personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas.

Handling changes in policies.

Working with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company

Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed.

Clear and confident speaking and listening abilities

Strong negotiation skill

Able to work in a team environment

SC/HSC

Good communication & negotiations skills

Must be able to work under pressure

Qualify leads to optimize sales support
