Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with corporate clients to manage service-related queries and support.
- Log and track all customer complaints and service calls.
- Coordinate and schedule daily task planning for technicians.
- Assist with administrative tasks including reporting, filing, and record-keeping.
- Follow up on job progress, quotations, and customer feedback.
- Maintain internal documentation and client communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum HSC or equivalent; administrative diploma preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Computer literate (MS Office, Excel); experience with CRM is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or office coordination preferred.
