This job is made for you because….
- You have at least 3 years’ experience
- You’re a calm person
- You have a bachelor in IT systems or similar via experience
- Your spoken and written French is a perfect, basic English is required (Dutch knowledge is a surplus)
- You have experience managing and securing systems such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and, Microsoft Azure and have at least one certificate (or willing to achieve this in short term)
But what am I supposed to do?
- You will proactively follow up service desk issues and research and resolve these as they are assigned to you
- You perform proactive updates, manage and secure our customers servers and computer park
- Be willing to provide support by telephone on weekends from 11h30 am until 21h30
