Job Purpose:

He/She will sell clients to take extra services and will collaborate to the daily accounting and administrative
cognate duties of the office.

Responsibilities :

He /she will be dealing with :

● Primary role will be to influence potential clients to opt for the Company’s extra services;
● Performing daily processing of transactions in order to ensure that fundings/ applications with
insurance companies are timely and accurate;
● Prepare and process accounting and/or general ledger coding of monies and vehicle administrative
paperwork daily;
● Complete daily detailed data entry in multiple applications as directed in an accurate and timely
manner;
● Accurately manage payoffs, deposits and funds received; ensure quality control in all work
completed in order to protect the organisation’s bottom line;
● Prepare documents for signing and funding in a timely manner to avoid unnecessary delays.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Problem resolution skills – able to think through problems resulting in proper course of action
● Ability to work well under pressure of deadlines and handling of multiple requests from different
team members
● Advanced experience with Microsoft Office
● Problem solver
