We are looking for a polyvalent Personal Assistant to manage patients visits and manage a health shop.
What You Will Do
- Schedule new and existing patients visits and welcome patients
- Carry out pre-consultation procedures
- Guide the patients with their treatment after their consultation
- Handle payments and invoices
- Manage the health shop including sales, stocks, invoices, and customer service
- Answer the phone and relay messages appropriately
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing invoices and statements
- Salary will be commensurate to experience and qualifications.
