Overview

We are looking for a polyvalent Personal Assistant to manage patients visits and manage a health shop.


What You Will Do

  1. Schedule new and existing patients visits and welcome patients
  2. Carry out pre-consultation procedures
  3. Guide the patients with their treatment after their consultation
  4. Handle payments and invoices
  5. Manage the health shop including sales, stocks, invoices, and customer service
  6. Answer the phone and relay messages appropriately
  7. Carry out administrative duties such as filing invoices and statements

  • Salary will be commensurate to experience and qualifications.
