individuals to join our team as Logistics Coordinators. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a

crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods for our clients. You will be

responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations, collaborating with various

stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for logistics,

Responsibilities:

1. To Handle Air and Sea Freight Shipments & issuing Arrival Notice to Customers

2. Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation,

warehousing, and inventory management.

3.Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, shipments, and deliveries, while adhering to

company policies and procedures.

4.Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and freight forwarders to schedule and

monitor shipments, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery.

5.. Maintain constant communication with clients to provide updates on shipment status, resolve

any issues, and address their queries and concerns.

6.. Conduct regular analysis of transportation costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and

negotiate rates with carriers and vendors to optimize logistics operations.

7.. Generate and maintain reports related to logistics activities, such as shipment tracking,

inventory levels, and transportation costs, providing insights and recommendations for

improvement and enhance sales.i

8.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics, and implement

changes as required to ensure compliance and enhance operational efficiency.

9. Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline processes,

improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.

10. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all logistics activities.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Qualificatons :- HSC

2. Experience in Forwarding desirable but not a pre-requisite

3 . Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects

simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external

stakeholders, and clients.

5. Proficient in using logistics management software, inventory management systems, and

Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make data-

driven decisions, desirable to learn

9. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.

10. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all logistics activities.
