About your Role
- Assist the Managers in successfully building clients cases in a
- timely and efficient manner.
- Communicating with existing clients via Whats app, email and phone calls.
- VET documents.
- Follow-up with clients on outstanding documentation.
- Preparation of Online submission for Visa Applications.
- Data entry and file submission management through Government Online portals.
- Making follow up calls.
- Responding promptly and effectively to clients and reporting line queries via phone, & emails.
- Collaborate with other team members in the business for an effective and positive outcome of client cases.
- Participate to the company social media marketing when required
- Participate actively to radio and newspaper interviews when required.
Personal qualities and behavioral traits
- A flexible and adaptable attitude.
- Great diligence and a can do attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and French.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Capable to work individually after training session.
- Able to take initiative when decision making is required.
- Proficient in English and French.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Zoom and Teams.
- Dress in a tidy and well-groomed manner and wear any uniform or company branded clothing when requested.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5.00 p.m
