Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Adops professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising operations and be adept at trafficking and tracking digital campaigns across various platforms. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure the successful implementation and performance monitoring of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Trafficking and Tracking Recommendation for Digital Campaigns:
- Develop and optimize tagging plans consistent with media and business objectives in collaboration with the Ad Tech Specialist.
- Manage tracker implementation directly within Tag Management Systems of clients or in coordination with Advertiser site Webmasters.
Putting Digital Campaigns Online:
- Recommend trafficking and tracking modes for digital campaigns in line with advertisers' media and business challenges.
- Coordinate campaign scheduling within main ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager 360, Sizmek, Flashtalking, Adform) in collaboration with centralized trafficking teams.
- Manage creative elements with creative agencies, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and facilitating any necessary modifications.
- Liaise with the group's management teams and experts (Trading, Social, Advice) regarding technical elements.
- Handle third-party tools (Brand Safety, Brand Suitability, Viewability, Audience Measurement, etc.) in campaign programming.
Monitoring and Reporting Campaign Performance:
- Verify data feedback within various tools (Ad Server, third-party tools).
- Implement automated reporting processes.
- Monitor campaign distribution according to the media plan.
- Establish systematic alerts in case of non-compliance with broadcasting, visibility rate thresholds, or brand safety issues.
Internal Collaboration:
- Participate in team meetings (sharing meetings, Ad Ops meetings) and various Worklists managed for advertisers.
- Contribute to internal plenaries on technological solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Previous experience in digital advertising operations.
- Proficiency in ad server platforms such as Google Campaign Manager 360, Sizmek, Flashtalking, Adform, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
