Job description of Treasury Management Officer
- As part of treasury management, to ensure below roles and responsibilities.
- Creditors management, where the officer will liaise with suppliers from time to time, and have an updated ageing list of creditors fortnightly as to plan for payments.
- Prepare fortnightly payment pack, that is reviewed and approved by the Group Financial Controller (GFC). The Officer will initiate the payments on respective platform, and follow-up on the payments.
- The Officer will present graphically the KPIs of Treasury Management on a monthly dashboard.
- Interaction with the Compliance Team to upload all purchase invoices and payments justifications on sharepoint, attend to queries from Compliance Team having AML/CFT implications, and update the Transaction Monitoring sheet.
- Present weekly cash flow planning to the GFC as to prioritise payments.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and resource utilisations.
- Assist the GFC in the preparation of project costing
- Narrate contracts and review contractual documents where required in relation to payments.
